Apie Rojin
A little about me: I'm originally from Iran, grew up in Oman, and now live in Lithuania. Having lived in different countries and experienced different education systems, I understand that everyone learns differently. I aim to adapt my teaching style to each student's needs, whether that's breaking down difficult concepts, preparing for exams, or improving exam techniques.
My goal is simple: to help you feel more confident in Business Management and achieve the best results you can!
During my IB studies, I regularly helped and tutored my classmates in Business Management, explaining difficult concepts, helping them prepare for exams, and improving their understanding of the subject. Through this experience, I developed strong communication skills and learned how to explain complex topics in a simple, clear, and engaging way. I genuinely enjoy helping others learn and always try to adapt my explanations to suit each student's learning style.

My teaching approach is based on making Business Management simple, practical, and easy to understand. As a former IB student who achieved a 6 in Business Management, I understand the challenges students face and know how important it is to understand concepts rather than simply memorise them.
I adapt my lessons to each student's needs and learning style. We can go through difficult theories step by step, practise applying concepts to real business examples, analyse case studies, and work on exam techniques to help improve your answers.
A typical lesson starts by identifying what you already understand and what you find difficult. From there, we work through the topic together using clear explanations and examples. We can then practise questions, review your answers, and identify areas for improvement. My aim is to make sure you understand not just what the answer is, but why it is correct.
My lessons are suitable for high school students studying Business Management, including IB Business Management and IGCSE Business Studies students. Whether you need help with homework, understanding topics, preparing for exams, or improving your case study analysis, I will adapt our lessons to your goals and current level.
Having recently completed the IB myself, I can share practical advice from a student's perspective and help you approach Business Management with greater confidence.
